Yuendumu Community Concerts

23 April 2013

It’s been a big week for PAW with two great concerts!

ICTV launched its new digital station on the PAW stage last Thursday (April 18) in front of a huge crowd of locals and visitors. It was a big night, with traditional dancing, yapa bands, film screenings, speeches and a great Mt Theo BBQ. Many of those who couldn’t make it tuned into our special radio coverage which was broadcast live across Australia on PAW, NIRS, NISS, CAAMA, PAKAM and TEABBA!

Then on Sunday night (April 21), PAW hosted Darwin roots/reggae outfit David Spry and the Moral Highground. They were supported by local favourites Rising Wind (Jnr), who got everyone up dancing! Thanks to ArtbackNT for bringing this event to the Yuendumu community.
