It was a gala night in Darwin on November 3, 2012 at the Fist Full of Films Festival. PAW Media won two Galah Awards for its Jack and Jones claymation and the stop motion animation Nyirripi Settlement History. Jason Japaljarri Woods, who wrote and directed Jack and Jones was at the Festival to accept the Awards. The animations were produced as part of PAW Media's Animating Yimi series funded through the Australian Government's Indigenous Culture Support program. To say we are pleased? That is an understatement!
